No Fees for Listing Coffee for Sale
As a Coffee Seller, you will never be required to pay a fee for a basic listing of a green coffee item for sale.
Re-Listing a Green Coffee Item
If your item doesn't sell the first time it is listed, you will be able to relist your item by going to your Member Page and selecting "Relist your expired sale items."
Equipment & Supplies Seller Fees
Equipment sellers have a small listing fee for posting items in the auction in addition to a Final Value Fee (see below).
Any registered user can list equipment, supplies and other non-coffee items for sale without special approval as a seller. For this type of item, there is also a small listing fee. In addition, at the end of a successful auction sale where the winning bidder either meets or exceeds the reserve price (the reserve price is assumed to be "0" if no reserve price is identified), there is a 10% Final Value Fee up to a maximum of $250.
- Item Listing Fee for non-coffee Items: $4.95
Relisting a non-coffee item will require an additional $4.95 listing fee.
- Final Value Fee for non-coffee Items: 10% ($250 maximum)
A 10% commission will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of an auction where there is a successful bidder, but only up to $250, regardless of the Final Value.
Optional Enhancement Fees for both Green Coffee
& Equipment Items
To help your Item stand out and attract more visitors, we offer two optional enhancements to your listing:
- Bold Text Fee: $9.95
This option will highlight your Item in Bold text within a list of items viewed by buyers browsing an auction category or Featured Item.
- Featured Item Fee: $19.95
This option will put your Item on the Home page of the website in the Featured Items section, on the individual Featured Items page and in a Featured Items section at the top of the Category page on which the Item is listed.
You will be able to choose one or both of these options at the time you are listing your Item for sale. The fees associated with either of these options can be charged to your credit card on file, if available, or any other credit card of your choice at the time you set up your sales item.
