Payment & Shipping
Payment for sales, including shipping the item, will be arranged as in any private treaty sale directly between the seller and the buyer following the close of a successful auction or BuyNow sale.
Prior to bidding on the item, choosing a BuyNow price or negotiating a price directly with the seller, you will need to determine the cost of transport of the coffee to your facility.
Costs will vary depending on whether you arrange your own shipping, work with an export shipper/broker or arrange to have your coffee consolidated onto a container through some other third-party who can expedite the process on your behalf.
Dividing the shipping cost by the total number of pounds in your order will calculate the per pound shipping cost which, added together with the price paid for the coffee, will determine your fully loaded price per pound.
Ocean Freight Fees ordinarily cover the cost of transport from the country of origin to a port of destination in your country.
Once your coffee has arrived to your country's port of destination, unloaded, inspected and cleared customs, you will be notified by your transport agent to make arrangements for shipping your goods from the port to a facility of your choice.
It is important to note that all users have agreed to the User Agreement Terms & Conditions where each party in the transaction, by either listing an item for sale or bidding on an item, has by that action entered into a legal and binding contract with other party.
