It's Free to Sign Up as a Registered User
As a registered user you'll be able to receive green coffee samples and bid on auction lots and initiate BuyNow transactions. In addition, your own My Account page allows you to track all of your current bidding and past purchases. You can sign up right online in less than 5 minutes at no cost.
To guarantee the integrity of of this online exchange as a venue for commerce, we ask that you enter your corporate TIN (Tax ID Number) or EIN (Employee ID Number) to verify your identity and corporate status during the registration process.

Registration is free and will allow you to:
- Connect with sellers to order coffee samples and have them shipped directly to you.
- Bid on items for sale from any computer with an Internet connection after logging in using your secure User ID and Password.
- Set up bid limits and auto-bids for any Item of interest.
- View your bidding or selling history.
- Establish Future Watch settings to keep informed of new auction or sale items that meet your criteria.
- View and edit your personal contact information at any time.
Searching for Coffees Lots is Easy
Browse Sale Items:
You will use the Green Coffee & Equipment button in the top navigation bar to go to the category list to itentify items of interest. Once you identify a specific items, you can contact the seller to order green coffee samples for evaluation and cupping prior to placing a bid or BuyNow purchase.
Future Watch:
If you'd like, you can use the Future Watch feature by entering specific key words and have notices of sale items that meet your criteria emailed to you when they are placed online.
My Watch List:
You can also create a list of exiting auction items that you would like to track by clicking on the "Add to My Watch List" button on any detail auction item page. You can access these features on your Member Account page by clicking "My Account" link in the upper right corner in the header field.
Bidding on Coffee Lots is Easy
Basic Steps to Placing a Bid on an Item:
- Select a Category from the Green Coffee & Equipment page and click on the Item name or number you are interested in and you will be take to the Item bid page.
- The Item bid page contains detailed information about the item for sale, including the item description, starting bid, current bid, bid increment, minimum bid, number of bids, start and end dates and times and Buy Now price, if offered.
- Prior to bidding familiarize yourself with Auction Definitions and Placing Bids.
- To place a bid, scroll down to the "Bidding" section and select your "Bid Type" (either "Regular" or "Auto Bid").
- Enter the amount you would like to offer in the "Your Bid" entry field. Be sure to bid an amount either equal to or above the "Minimum Bid" price.
- Click on the "Review Bid" button to review and verify your bid.
- If you have not already signed in, you will be asked to do so before you are allowed to proceed and submit your bid.
- Finally, click on the "Submit Bid" button to finalize the bid.
- You will be emailed information about your bid and be able to tract your bids by going to your "Member page" and selecting "View Your Bidding History".
- If you are the winning bidder when the auction closes, you will be sent a winning bidder email notification within 24 hours of the closing time (usually less). In addition, you will receive an invoice for the coffee you purchased, plus the ocean freight. Your only other cost will be the inland transport, once the coffee has landed, cleared customers, unloaded onto pallets and ready for shipping to your facility.
You can check the "View Your Bidding History" page accessed from your Member Account page to check on any listings you bid on.

When leaving the site be sure to click on the "Logout" link to ensure that no other person has access to your Member account.
Select the BuyNow Price for an Immediate Purchase
If the seller offers a "BuyNow" price, you can purchase the Item immediately at that price without continuing the bidding process. If this feature is offered, there will be an option to select "BuyNow" in the "Bidding" section of the Item description.
By selecting "BuyNow" you have entered into an agreement to purchase the Item. The process for paying for and receiving green coffee items purchased at the BuyNow price is exactly the same as if you had become the winning bidder at the close of the auction.
