As an Equipment & Supplies seller, how can I get a refund for the listing fee if I've cancelled the auction item before it went live?
If a seller paid the listing fee for an Equipment & Supplies item, but cancelled the item prior to the auction going live, he/she should send a request in writing using the Contact Us form and be sure to include his/her User ID#, Item# and a description of the item.
How can I get a refund or credit for Optional Item fees if I cancel an auction item before it goes live?
If a seller paid a fee to "Bold" the listing or a "Featured Item" fee, but later cancelled the auction item before it went live, he/she should make a request in writing using the Contact Us form and be sure to include his/her User ID#, Item# and a description of the item. In most cases, sellers will receive a credit against a future auction item listing. If you feel you should receive a refund or credit for Bold or Featured Item fees after an auction took place, please contact us and we will take your specific circumstances under consideration for a possible credit.
