Help - Coffee Shipments FAQs

Back to Help-Main Menu

How will I get my coffee from the Country of Origin to my facility and who will coordinate this process?
Each sale will be coordinated directly between the buyer or his/her agent and the seller of that coffee lot. In some cases the seller will coordinate the transport of the coffee to a port destination in your country. In other cases, the buyer will make arrangements with either an export shipper or a transport agent located in his/her home country.

Intellidon, the parent compnay of SpecialtyCoffeeAuctions.com, can help you make contact with reputable shipping agents. If you have a need, please Contact Us

The coffee lot you purchase will be loaded onto a ship at the seller's port of discharge and transported as ocean freight to an international port of destination in your country.

Once landed, the container is off-loaded and cleared through customs. Typically, for a purchase of an entire container, the container will be loaded onto a train or truck and transported to your facility.

Cost will depend on your preferred method of transport and the speed of delivery you require.
