There is never a charge to buyers for signing up as a User or for bidding on any item. It is only after you have become the successful winning bidder for an auction Item, that you will pay for the goods and freight directly with the seller or his/her representative.
Fees for Green Coffee Items
Price paid for Green Coffee Items
The Final Value of the Item for which you have become the winning bidder equals the winning bid per pound times the total number of pounds of the green coffee identified in the Item description.
Price paid for freight from the Country of Origin to your country's Port of Destination
Prior to bidding on the item, choosing a BuyNow price or negotiating a price directly with the seller, you will need to determine the cost of transport of the coffee to your facility.
Costs will vary depending on whether you arrange your own shipping, work with an export shipper/broker or arrange to have your coffee consolidated onto a container through some other third-party who can expedite the process on your behalf.
Dividing the shipping cost by the total number of pounds in your order will calculate the per pound shipping cost which, added together with the price paid for the coffee, will determine your fully loaded price per pound.
Ocean Freight Fees ordinarily cover the cost of transport from the country of origin to a port of destination in your country.
Once your coffee has arrived to your country's port of destination, unloaded, inspected and cleared customs, you will be notified by your transport agent to make arrangements for shipping your goods from the port to a facility of your choice.
Fees for Equipment & Supplies
Following your successful winning bid or BuyNow purchase of a non-coffee item, you will be conacted by the seller to arrange payment. You will pay the seller based on the terms and conditions of payment defined in the Item description.
You will also communicate directly with the seller to determine your preferred transport method to your facility and to arrange for shipping and payment for the freight. In most cases the cost of the item and the freight will be two different payments.
